Instructions for use:

1. Ensure the front opening faces outwards and the spikes face downwards.

2. Attach the front over the toe of the shoe.

3. Stretch the rubber to the back of the shoe and secure it by pulling it over the heel.

4. Ensure the rubber edges fit snugly and securely along the sides of the shoe.
